Project Brief

To complete a full refurbishment of an old Autogil machine with new control system and CE mark.

Machine overview

When we refurbish a machine, we completely strip it down and inspect and clean all parts. We exchange and it new parts where required or reconstruct where we can. We recover the feed rollers, fit new bushes and keys, polish the shafts and refit them along with general machine servicing. On this project we updated the control system with a modern functionality.

Once a complete re haul has been completed the machine can run for many years like new.

Solution

The machine pictured has been bead blasted and powder coated to make it look like a new machine!
