Flat-Bed Die Cutter (flatbed diecutter) Machines

The Autogil range of flat-bed die cutter machines – flatbed diecutter (presses) are highly versatile, robust and very precise.

Standard machines have bed sizes 200×200, 400×400 and 600×600 however bespoke machines can be designed and manufactured with bed sizes to 1600×1600.

The machine can be used with conventional rule knife cutting tools or engineered special purpose tooling can be designed and manufactured for your application.
Cutting depth is accurately adjusted using a very fine pitched ball joint assembly, ensuring a consistent kiss-cut is achieved and maintained onto the thinnest of backing liners.

As part of the standard design, a feed roller assembly is incorporated to automatically index the material to an accurate and infinitely variable cut length. Using servo drive and a dedicated web management system length accuracy of /- 0.070mm can be obtained.

Hanbury-Autogil has gained many years of experience cutting a diverse range of materials used within the tape conversion industry. Full width kiss-cutting on web widths up to 1,500mm can be achieved.

All flatbed die cutter machines are typically manufactured with a range of Unwinds, Web Management, Laminating (Hot & Cold), Slitting Stations, Punching, Waste Ejection & Rewinds, designed and built by the company – All of which can be integrated into the press lines to provide a bespoke solution.
