Machine overview

Material is fed into the machine from 2 x rolls. The material then passes through a web handling system, cut using solid rotary tooling, rewound and ejected for ease of packing.

Solution

We built a machine for this company to fit a special purpose. This company has an extensive plastic converting ability and dedicated healthcare division. We automated the process to include an advanced web handling system, waste extraction, rotary punching station, automatic rewind and ejection.
