Flat-Bed Die Cutter (Flatbed Diecutter) Machines
Hanbury-Autogil uses advanced engineering to manufacture high quality Flat-bed Die Cutters (flatbed diecutter) for a large range of industries. The machines can be used with conventional rule knife cutting tools or special purpose tooling can be designed and manufactured in our in-house machine shop for your specific application.
A very fine pitched ball joint assembly is used to accurately adjust cutting depth, ensuring a consistent kiss-cut is achieved and maintained on all backing liners.
A feed roller assembly is incorporated to automatically index material to an infinitely variable cut length. Servo drive and dedicated web-management are used to achieve an accuracy of +/- 0.070. Full width kiss-cutting on web widths up to 1,500mm can be achieved.
Our Flat-Bed Die Cutters (flatbed diecutter) can cut up to 150 times a minute with a depth adjustment increment of +/-0.025mm on a varied range of materials including;

We manufacture a range of machines to be installed in conjunction with your Flat-Bed Die Cutter such as unwind/de-coiling system for automatic input of your materials. Laminating systems, slitting and punching stations, waste ejection and rewinds, and conveyors can be added to your line to complete all parts of your production process automatically. We can also incorporate stacking systems to provide a complete bespoke solution.
